Pam is the CEO of SyncHR. She brings more than 15 years of senior management experience to the role. In recent years, her primary focus has been strategic practice, tactical execution, and solution development, with an emphasis on business plan development, sales and marketing, team development, solution delivery, and overall financial results.

Prior to leading SyncHR, Pam was the Global Practice Lead for PeopleSoft & Oracle Solutions at BearingPoint, and was a partner at Arthur Andersen Business Consulting. Pam received her Bachelor of Accounting degree from Kansas State University. She is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

Pam has three children and enjoys living in Colorado, taking full advantage of outdoor activities that it has to offer including skiing, hiking, and biking. She is also an avid Broncos fan and loves her golden retriever Sadie.

John is responsible for SyncHR’s product, engineering, and system operations teams. He is focused on streamlining the business processes related to HCM and finance by distributing SyncHR to all members of the workforce and by using patented security and workflow to control these developments. John is also responsible for delivering SyncHR as a cloud based application with “extreme ratio” financial metrics.

He has a background in engineering, workplace applications, and business administration, bringing over 25 years of experience deploying strategic HCM applications. Prior to co-founding SyncHR, John was the CEO of Harbor Technologies, since acquired by Mellon Financial Corporation. Previous to Harbor Technology Group, he spent an internship with the Swiss Bank Corporation in their derivatives pricing and trading group and also worked as a senior manager for the US Navy. John received his Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of California at Santa Barbara, and his Master of Business Administration from the Haas School of Business at the University of California at Berkeley.

John lives in San Francisco and enjoys outdoor sports such as snowboarding, surfing, cycling, and running. He likes to exercise the "other" side of his brain by playing the guitar and piano. John also has two sons that are both currently attending college.

Gary Durbin was founder and CEO of Tesseract, a provider of human capital management (HCM) software that is still deployed by many Fortune 500 corporations. Gary’s visionary leadership guided Tesseract through its complete corporate development life cycle, including its 1993 acquisition by Prudential.

In 1996, Gary founded Seeker Software, a leader in Web Workplace applications. Seeker Software was successfully deployed by many Fortune 500 corporations—including Abbott Labs, Dell Computer, Sprint and Wells Fargo Bank—before its 1999 acquisition by Concur Technologies.

Technical innovations spanning three decades have caused Gary to be recognized as one of the true visionaries in HCM.

As CFO, Chip is responsible for SyncHR’s financial operations, investor relations and administrative functions. He oversees the company’s business systems, human resources, legal and facilities.

Chip has over 20 years of experience working with emerging technology, high-growth companies. Prior to joining SyncHR, Chip was Vice President of Finance, Accounting and Systems for SolidFire, Inc., an all-flash storage technology company, until its acquisition by NetApp in 2016. He also previously served as CFO for Boulder Wind Power and Ion Engineering, and was a partner with KPMG in the firm’s audit practice. Chip has a BS in Business Administration from the Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado in Boulder.

Chip lives outside of Boulder, Colorado where he spends his time with his family, often outdoors hiking, biking and skiing. He is also an avid fan of the CU Buffaloes.

Milen leads our Sofia, Bulgaria office and oversees multiple technical product development teams. He is also a part of the Technical Architecture Group and provides contributions to the product team when designing or improving application features.

Milen brings over fifteen years of experience as an IT executive. In recent years, he has focused on the best Agile Management approaches and the cutting-edge technologies needed to build the ultimate Web application. Before joining SyncHR, Milen held the lead technical executive positions at Business Analysis & Development (Sales automation) and Ciela (Legal and reference software). He has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree and a Master of Science degree in Enterprise Information Systems from Sofia University in Bulgaria.

Milen loves travelling, has a passion for extreme sports, and is an avid Dallas Cowboys fan. At the moment, most of his free time is spent playing with his baby daughter.

Mike is responsible for SyncHR’s Customer Success team, working closely with customers throughout their journey with SyncHR. He oversees the company's customer onboarding and care functions and collaborates closely with our product team in the areas of customer integration and reporting.

Mike has over 16 years of experience managing and implementing technical solutions and enabling business transformation in industries ranging from High Tech to Aerospace and Defense. Prior to joining SyncHR, Mike was a consultant where he helped mid-sized to large companies establish business and technology strategies and implement them.  In addition to his management experience, Mike has deep expertise in change enablement, business intelligence, and enterprise information management. Mike has a BS in Computer Science from the Carroll University in Waukesha, WI.

Mike lives outside of Brighton, Colorado where he spends his time with his family, often outdoors hiking, camping and skiing.

Scott leads the Product organization and works closely with the development, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to bring innovative software to the Human Capital Management space. Scott also leads the Solutions Consultant team. He has over 20 years of experience in the HCM/Payroll outsourcing industry where he has served in several leadership roles as well as several consultative roles providing key functional and system design expertise.

Prior to joining SyncHR, Scott worked as a consultant where he helped HCM providers design, implement and market enterprise-class systems and services. He also spent 14 years at Ceridian where he managed their Professional Services and Solutions Consultant organizations. Scott has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville.

Scott lives in Boulder, Colorado where he is an avid trail runner and likes to spend his weekends running in the Rocky Mountains.

Morgan is an operations leader with over 25 years of experience, having worked across the spectrum of the software development lifecycle. He is responsible for system operations, bringing a focus on process improvement, security, automation and scalability to ensure the company can grow and succeed.

Prior to SyncHR, he was Director of Operations at PowerReviews, a major SAAS provider in social commerce, where he worked to bring new technology to life, while simultaneously migrating legacy software on servers to microservices in the cloud. He was also Senior Release Manager for Modius where he prepared and released all public and internal releases of commercial products.

Morgan studied architecture, raced bicycles and found a passion in delivering software results. He coaches a regional high school mountain bike team in his spare time.

Ben leads our US Engineering team and is responsible for development process, strategy, and overall quality. He has over 15 years of experience as a senior technology executive. In recent years, Ben has focused on innovative and strategic application development.

Before joining SyncHR, Ben led product development teams at Pluq (collaborate systems), Bricsnet (corporate real estate management applications), Commerce One (supply chain integration), and Xerox (digital catalog applications). He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the Rochester Institute of Technology and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Rochester.

Ben is an avid mountain biker and skier who loves spending time with his family in Tahoe.

Charles is responsible for everything you see, read or hear about SyncHR. Well, at least sort of. As CMO, Charles leads the company’s branding and go-to-market efforts.

Prior to joining SyncHR, Charles ran marketing for Denver-based TrackVia, a pioneering low-code DIY application building platform for business users. During his tenure, he helped grow the company from just a few employees to a recognized leader in the space. His experience marketing next-generation solutions spans more than 20 years, 15 of which was spent in Silicon Valley working for the likes of Intuit, McAfee, Symantec and Intel. Charles earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in journalism from Chapman University in Southern California.

Charles is married to the most beautiful best friend that he could imagine, and has two wonderful children that drive him absolutely crazy.
